Master-artisan Bernard Chaudron’s workshop is located in the Laurentians, near Val-David. His son Antoine has been at the helm of the family business for the past 10 years. This workshop produces mainly pewter pottery: plates, vases, oil lamps, etc. Pewter products are made with an alloy that contains, as per North-American standards, at least 92% tin, antimony and brass. Therefore this lead-free alloy is non-toxic, tasteless and will not blacken. Pieces are cold made as per traditional methods and their finish will be polished, hammered or yet again engraved by natural elements.
