Products offered by BMAQ are new and guaranteed to be free of defects. If an item does not match the item ordered, BMAQ agrees to exchange, to give a credit note or refund it, including shipping costs, within 10 days of the date of return, provided it is accompanied by the delivery note or a copy of the invoice BMAQ. Customs fees are not refundable.
To return merchandise, the customer can choose one of the following options:

If for some other reason, a customer wants to return a product purchased on metierdart.ca, he can choose between an exchange and credit. Demand for exchange or credit note must occur within 10 days of the delivery date. However, if the product has no defect, the return will be subject to 10% administration fee and postage will not be refundable as customs fees.
