1- Payment
Product prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD), US dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR). All prices are indicated without taxes, shipping fees and customs fees. However, orders are payable in Canadian dollars. Taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and added in conformity to the law and policies pertaining to shipping fees when completing the purchase. The order’s total amount is payable in one payment at time of confirmation of the purchase by credit card via our online payment platform provided by Moneris. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards. Postal and telephone orders can be paid by money order. APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES IN THE SHIPPING COUNTRY ARE IN NO CASE INCLUDED IN OUR PRICES. By making a purchase on the BMAQ website you assume the customs fees applicable in the shipping country.

2- Shipping and handling costs
Shipping fees cover preparation and packaging fees as well as postage fees. They do not cover customs fees. These fees are established depending on the address of shipping, the number of articles purchased and the total amount of the purchase before tax and shipping and handling fees. In no case can a client combine numerous orders to benefit from a lower customs fees cost.

3- Pick up in store
One delivery option allows you to pick up your merchandise at the Métiers d’art du Québec boutique located at Marché Bonsecours in Montreal at 370, Saint-Paul Street East (514) 878-2787, extension 328, and at the Métiers d’art du Québec boutique located at Place Royale in Quebec City at 29, Notre-Dame Street, (418) 694-0267. The credit card with which the order was paid needs to be presented when picking up the parcel and BMAQ reserves the right to ask for an ID. If you should choose this option the articles will be available at the boutique within three business days following the order. If the article(s) are not picked up within two weeks following the order you authorize BMAQ to contact you.

4- Delivery delays
All merchandise purchases done on BMAQ are made through an expedition contract. This means that the risk of loss and the right of property is transferred to you at the time we give the merchandise to the transporter. Delivery delays (regular post or express post) change nothing in the delay which can be required for the order process in the case when a product is not in stock. In such a case, delivery delays must be calculated starting at the time when the supplier forwards the product to métiersdart.ca.
All orders are served from BMAQ’s Internet depot. Available products are normally sent within three business days following the reception of the order. The items not kept in stock can usually be ordered and delivered within two to three weeks. BMAQ cannot be held responsible for the non-compliance of delivery delays. The client receives a notice by email when a supplier informs us that an ordered article is no longer available.

5- Return policy
Products offered by BMAQ are new and guaranteed to be in mint condition. If an article should be defective or is not what was ordered BMAQ is committed to exchange it, issue a credit note or a refund including shipping fees within 10 days following the date of return with the condition that it is accompanied by the shipping bill or a copy of the BMAQ invoice. Customs fees are not reimbursed.

If, for another reason, a client desires to return an item purchased on metiersdart.ca, he could choose between an exchange or a credit note. The exchange or the credit note must be submitted within 10 days following the date of delivery. However, in the case where a product is not defective, the return will be subjected to a 10% administration fee and the cost of shipping and customs fees will not be refunded.
